【Abstract】 The millimeter wave VCO is one of key elements in millimeter wave application systems. The range resolution of the FMCW radar is directly proportional to the VCO tuning linearity. In this paper, three definitions of the VCO tuning linearity are presented, and the reactance compensation, open loop, and closed loop linearization schemes for millimeter wave VCO tuning characteristics are discussed systematically.更多还原
