【摘要】 使用Ganuna钉治疗老年人股骨转子间粉碎性骨折32例.术后3天坐起作患肢伸屈锻练,2周后扶拐逐渐负重活动.29例获得术后1～1.5年随诊,全部骨愈合,无发生伤口深部感染、褥疮和内固定弯折,髋活动良好,无不适.其中1例严重粉碎性骨折需用钢丝捆扎者,要延期离床活动.另1例端远横锁螺丝钉错位的不稳定骨折者,术后髓内棒下沉,患肢缩短1.5cm.Gamma钉手术具有损伤小,坚强内固定,允许早期活动的优点,是对老年人股骨转子间粉碎性骨折治疗的一种新进展.更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-two cases with comminuted intertrochanteric fracture were treated with Gamma nail.sitting up was allowed 3 days after the operation and movement with walking stick two weeks after the operation. 29 cases were followed up for 1-1.5 years and all fractures healed up with satisfactory hip functions. No wound infection, bed sore and implant failure occured. Of all, patients one case with severe comminuted fracture needing wire- fixation had a delay on weight bearing and the distal locking screw miss occured in the another patient who had 1.5cm shortening on the fractured limb. Gamma nailing is an advance in the treatment of unstable intertrochantric fractures in geriatric patients which has the advantages of less intra-operative injury, stiff internal fixation and early weight bearing.更多还原
