【摘要】 筛选具有清热解毒、活血化瘀、生肌止痛功效的中药配方,利用生物粘附剂的作用经特殊工艺制备成口腔溃疡粘贴片剂用于治疗复发性口疮患者226例.结果表明该粘贴片剂具有一定耐水性,不致于因唾液作用而迅速溶解;与粘膜有一定粘贴力但不损伤粘膜组织.能快速止痛、保护创面、缓慢释放药物促进溃疡愈合,溃疡愈合时间平均为3.40±1.87天,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),87例口疮复发间歇期延长,临床有效率达98.23%,是良好的口腔溃疡局部用药剂型.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment, the Chinese medicine formular was screened according with the medicine’s effectiveness of relieving internal heat, invigorating the circulation of blood, transforming stasis, promoting healer and relieving pain, the oral ulcer adhesive tablets were prepared by making use of biological adhesive agent and were used’to treat 226 patients with recurrent aphthae. The results show that this new adhesive tablets have characteristics such as water-resistance, un-dissolving quickly in salivary, having adhesion to oral mucoas but not injuring mucosal tissue, relieving pain quickly, protecting injurious surface, releasing medicine slowly and accelerating ulcer healing up. The average period of ulcer’s healing is 3. 40+1. 87 days, and has marked difference comparing with control group(P<0. 05). The interval time of 87 patients’ recurring ulcer delays. The clinical effective rate reaches 98. 23 percent. The conclusion is that the oral ulcer adhesive tablets is a good agent used in local medicine of recurren aphthae.更多还原
