【摘要】 为了设计和验证标准化髁突经咽侧位摄片方法,使显示的髁突影像甲级片率提高,并明显改善该片的重复性,研制了定位摄片架和开口度测量板,使摄片水平角和垂直角保持在5度,摄片距离和髁突位置保持基本固定.与非定位片比较,甲级片率提高3倍,丙级片率降低90%,髁突影像重复率达75%,髁突影像稍有差异者25%.结论是标准化髁突经咽侧位摄影方法可以明显提高髁突显示的甲级片率,降低丙级片率,并有良好的可重复性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: Design and approve the standardized technological methods of the transpharyngeal projection, to improve the picture quality of the condyle and get better repetatur of the projection.Method: The device of the standardized transpharyngeal condyle projection and the measurement plane of the occlusion were designed and made for keeping both horizontal and vertical angles in 5 degree and keeping the standardized projection distance and position of the condyle during exposure.Results: The ratio of A classes picture of the standardized projection film was 3 times over the conventional projection and the ration of the C classes films of the standardized projection was only 10% compared with the conventional projection. The ratio of full reposition of the image was 75%.Conculusion: The standardized transpharyngeal condyle projection can improve both the quality of displaying of the condyle and the repeat of the image.更多还原
