【摘要】 本文采用间接免疫萤光法,用抗人T细胞亚群单克隆抗体,测定12例SS患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,结果发现,与正常对照者相比,CD3降低,CD4升高,CD8升高,CD4/CD8降低,经过统计学处理,CD3两组间有显著差别(P<0.05),CD4两组间无显著差别(P>0.05),CD8两组有非常显著差别(P<0.01),CD4/CD8两组间有非常显著差别(P<0.01).更多还原

【Abstract】 Human T lymphocyte subpopulation monoclonal antibody was used to detect T lymphocyte subpopulation in 12 cases with Sjogren Syndrome by indirect immunofluorescence technique.
