【摘要】 对203例口腔颌面部感染患者进行厌氧分离培养.结果共分离出细菌1068株,其中需氧菌394株,厌氧674株,9个属,49个种.细菌检出率100%,厌氧菌检出率98.03%,需厌氧混合感染占95.07%.检出率较高的厌氧菌依次为拟杆菌属,消化链球菌属,放线菌属,真杆菌属及梭杆菌属等,以上菌属为口腔颌面部厌氧优势菌群中的优势菌,而且与口腔颌面部感染有密切关系.更多还原

【Abstract】 The anaerobes were isolated and identified from infections in the oral and maxillofacial region . A total of 1068 bacteria strains were isolated. Among them, 894 strains were aerobes, 674 strains were anaerobes. Isolation rate of bacteria was 100% and isolation rate of anaerobes was 98. 03%. The rate of mixed infection was 95. 07%. The highest isolated anaerobes were bacteroides, peptostreptococcus, actinomyces, eubacterium and fusobaterium. The five genera were closely connected with oral and maxillofacial infections.更多还原
