【摘要】 本文介绍一种基于计算机视觉技术的水泥生料球粒径非接触检测方法，该方法可以在线检测料球的平均粒径及粒径分布，并可作为现有预加水成球控制系统的反馈信号，从而实现预加水成球的闭环控制。实验结果表明，用该检测方法得到的料球粒径分布及平均粒径基本上能够反映料球的真实状况更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new nonitrusive on line method based on computer image recognition to measure the mean particle size and particle size distribution of cement raw material spheres is proprosed.It has been proved that the results by using this measuring method are very close to the real conditions , and can be used as the feedback signals of the closed loop particle size controling system .更多还原
