高精度凸轮轴测量中数据处理算法的研究
Study on the Algorithm of Data Processing in High Precision Camshaft Measurement
【摘要】 本文详细叙述了高精度凸轮轴测量系统中的数据处理算法。文中介绍了利用曲线对称最小误差法寻找键槽中心位置、用凸轮理论曲线计算最小误差搜寻桃尖顶点范围和根据凸轮的公差带函数ε(i)和最小桃尖顶点角度误差寻找最佳凸轮顶点位置,最终获得最佳角度值和误差曲线。本算法适于测量各种类型的对称、非对称凸轮,平面推杆和球面推杆凸轮,例如,汽车、轿车、摩托车等凸轮,并且能实现高精度的测量
【Abstract】 In this paper,the algorithm of data processing in high precision camshaft measuring system is described in detail.The center position of the key slot is found by means of minimum error of curve symmetry,and we calculate the minimum error of theoretical curve of cam to search for the top area.Based on cam’s tolerance function ε(i) and the minimum angle error at cam top,the optimum position of cam top can be determined,and thus the optimum angle value and the error curve are obtained.This algorithm is suitable for measurement of different kinds of symmetry and asymmetry cams,such as bus camshaft,car camshaft,motor camshaft,et al,with high accuracy.
