城市配电网无功优化及网络重构的研究
Study on Reactive Power Optimization and NetworkReconfiguration in City Distribution Networks
【摘要】 依据配电网实际结构,分别建立了无功优化和网络重构的数学模型,开发了相应的计算机实用软件。无功优化部分研究了考虑电容器成本以及不考虑电容器成本时的无功补偿配置方案,并进行了经济效益分析,考虑了配电网负荷的变化,给出了补偿装置随负荷变动的投切表;网络重构部分研究了配电网络在某一负荷状态下如何确定其最优结构,给出了负荷变化以后网络中联络开关的具体操作表。应用于具体算例,结果表明本文的方法是切实可行的。
【Abstract】 Based on the actual distribution networks structure,the mathematicmodels for the reactive power optimization and the network reconfiguration areprovided respectively, and the corresponding computer softwares are developed.In the reactive power optimization,both schemes of reactive power compensation,including and not including the costs of capacitors,are studied,the economicanalysis is given,the variation of the load is considered,and the reactivepower compensation equipment on-off operating tables are given. In thenetwork reconfiguration, the network optimum structure is studied under acertain load level and the specific operating table is obtained if the load varied.By applying the method to the real systems,the results show that the methodis effective.
