【Abstract】 Partial thickness skin graft has been applied clinically for many years. Some problemsrelated to this technique were not solved yet, such as delayed wound healing of healing difficulty. Wedesigned the experimental study to compara HBO (hyperbarc oxygenation) therapy with commontherapy for the donor wound according to the principle that HBO can raise tissue oxygen tension. Wefound that HBO can promote healing of the donor wound significantly and improve quality of the woundsurface.The opportunity and mechanism of HBO were also discussed in this paper to demonstrate itspossibility and clinical value.更多还原
