【摘要】 本文对1500头柞蚕（AntheraeaPernyi）预成虫头进行分离纯化，得到420mg粗制蜕壳激素（粗制EH）。利用柞蚕生测法对粗制EH进行生物测定，其总的活性约为750EH单位，比活性为560μg／unit。对粗制EH的理化特性的初步研究表明，蛋白水解酶使其失活、对热相当稳定、没有种间差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eclosion hormone (EH) was isolated from 1 500 pharate adult heads of oak silkmoth, Antheraea pernyi. The crude EH which weight 420 mg was obtained by 8 steps. The A. pernyi bioassaywas adopted to test biological activity of crude EH, and total EH activity was about 750 EH units. Thespecific activity was approximately 560 μg/unit. The crude EH was inactivated by proteolytic enzymes.It was stable in heat and had non species-specific.更多还原
