小麦品种农大98生殖生长期32P在器官间的再分配
Redistribution of (32)P in Organs of Wheat Cultivar BAU 98 during Reproductive Growth Period
【摘要】 用同位素示踪法研究了小麦品种农大98在籽粒发育期中32P在各器官间的再分配。从开花期~完熟期,穗的32P以指数式从占全株总32P的7%增至46%;根的32P从47%减至7%;茎的32P以S形曲线从8%增至40%;叶以相反方式从38%减至7%。在小麦蜡熟期1天之内,6~12时,穗和茎分别输出32P22%和10%,叶和根分别输入27%和5%;12~21时,根、茎和叶分别向穗输出32P5%、16%和17%。6、9、12、15、18和21时小麦体内出现32P分配高峰的器官依次为穗(50%)→茎(45%)→叶(41%)→根(30%)→茎(47%)→穗(66%)。由以上得出结论,32P在小麦体内的再分配是其分配重心在各器官间的转移。
【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted using isotope32P to investigate the phosphate redistribution in organs of wheat cultivar BAU 98 during grain development. The results showed that from anthesis to grain ripening, the32P in ear increased from 7% to 46% of total32P/plant, and that in root decreased exponentially from 47% to 7% , in stem increased roughly from 8% to 40% and in leaf reduced from 38% to 7%, respectively.In the daytime of dough stage, it was found that from 6 a. m. to 12 a. m. , the ear and stem exported 22% and 10% of32P, respectively, leaves and roots imported 27% and 5% of 32P, separatly; and from 12 a. m. to 9 p. m. the ear gained32P of 5% , 16% and 17% from root, stem and leaves, respectively. At 6, 9, 12 a. m. and 3, 6, 9 p. m. , the organ of32P peak pool was in the order of ear(50%), stem (45%), leaves(41%), root(30%), stem(47%) and ear (66%). Therefore, the32P redistribution in organs of wheat was the change of32P distribution focus.
