高粱幼叶离体培养的衍生系的耐盐筛选与性状分析
Screening for Salt(NaCl)-tolerant Lines through in Vitro Culture under Salt Stress Condition and Studies on Their Different Characters
【摘要】 本试验在MS培养基中附加1.0%NaCl胁迫条件下培养高粱幼叶组织,获得232B衍生系R3代。经田间和实验室鉴定,R3形态性状、生育期及籽粒品质都有明显变化。1.0%NaCl水平上,R3~11和R3~8盐害指数分别比原亲代R0下降28.1%和13.1%,耐盐等级分别提高2个和1个等级。
【Abstract】 Tissue of young sorghum leaves were cultured on MS media with 1 % NaCl and somaclonal lines of different generation, R1, R2 and R3 of 232B, were obtained. Results of field tests and laboratory examinations indicated that the morphological characters, maturity and seed characters of the R3 lines changed significantly from those of their progenitor 232B. When under 1% salt stress, the salt tolerant indexes of lines R3-11 and R3-8 decreased 28. 01% and 13.1% respectively as compared with that of R0; and their salt tolerant degree rose 2 and 1 degrees respectively.
