【摘要】 报道HPLC法测定妇健冲剂中丹参有效成分之一原儿茶醛的含量。采用UltrasphereODS柱（40℃）甲醇-0．5％醋酸（12：88）为流动相，流速1．5ml／min，检测波长281nm；样品经甲醇超声提取，再依次用苯、醋酸乙酯萃取，甲醇溶解残渣。外标法定量，平均回收率98．4％（RSD为2．78％）。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the method of assaying protocateehualdehyde (an active agent in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. ) in Fujian granules by HPLC, using Ultrasphere ODS column at 40 ℃. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 5 % acetic acid (12: 88). Flow speed was 1. 5 ml/min. Detective wave length was 281 urn. The samples were extracted with methanol by ultrasonic at first, then extracted by benzene and acetoacetate separately.
