【摘要】 利用ＰＤ和改良Ｆｒｉｅｓ３号培养基培养杨树溃疡病菌（Ｄｏｔｈｉｏｒｅｌａｇｒｅｇａｒｉａ）所得的代谢产物处理不同抗病性的杨树枝条，结果发现二者均能使叶子出现黑斑和萎蔫，并使叶片细胞膜透性增大、脯氨酸含量增加，且前者的影响更为明显；同时，二者对感病品种北京杨（Ｐｏｐｕｌｕｓ×ｂｅｉｊｉｎｇｅｎｓｉｓ）的影响大于抗病品种毛白杨（Ｐ．ｔｏｍｅｎｔｏｓａ）。这表明，溃疡病菌的代谢产物对寄主有毒害作用，并有可能用于抗病品种的早期筛选更多还原

【Abstract】 Metabolites either formed in the culture medium PD or modified Fries No.3 in which Dothiorella gregaria was cultivated were used to treat poplar twigs and leaves. The results showed that in both cases, black blotches and wilting occurred in the leaves. The cell membrane permeability and the content of proline increased,and the influence of the former was stronger than that of the later. Meanwhile,influences occurred in disease susceptible Populus×beijingensis were stronger than that in disease resistant P.tomentosa. It was concluded that the metabolites of Dothiorella gregaria were phytotoxic to the hosts,and can be used in the early selection of disease resistant varieties.更多还原
