板料激光加热三维瞬态温度场的数值模拟

【摘要】 考虑了对流、辐射以及材料的热物性与温度的相关性,建立了板料激光加热时三维瞬态温度场的数学模型,用小步距间歇跳跃式移动光源来代替激光束的连续扫描,对该温度场进行了非线性有限元数值模拟,并将模拟结果与其它模型的结果进行了比较,为进一步定量分析板料的热变形提供了依据。

【Abstract】 There exists a well known "Abaqus" software package, which includes among its many capabilities, the finite element computation of 3 D transient temperature field of sheet metal processed by laser heating. We forsaw the need of China to develop its own finite element method for such computation. For simplicity in finite element computation, we established a model with a certain simplification that can still yield calculated results quite close to those obtained with finite difference method of Gu etc without this simplification. The abovementioned certain simplification was that we negelected the convection term due to motion of heat source in the energy balance equation. We also made another simplification: the substitution of an equivalent intermittent heat source for the continuously moving laser beam. The main formula we derived for computation is eq.(7). Fig.2a was taken from Ref.3. Fig2b was calculated by us. These results for XOZ plane in Fig.1-the plane of symmetry of the moving laser beam—show clearly that our results are very close to those of Ref.3, and that high temperature gradients exist near the laser spot. The temperature field of the surface exposed to laser spot was calculated and shown in Fig.3. It also shows that high temperature gradients exist near the laser spot.
