【摘要】 为评价治疗用抗人Ｔ淋巴细胞单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ）ＷｕＴ３和ＯＫＴ３的免疫抑制作用，进行了兔皮内移植物抗宿主反应（ＧＶＨＲ）的研究。对试验方法的有关因素：如胎牛血清（ＦＣＳ）和环磷酰胺对ＧＶＨＲ的影响，淋巴细胞浓度和局部反应大小的关系，以及反应出现高峰的时间等进行了观察。建立和稳定了试验方法，并用此方法对ＷｕＴ３和ＯＫＴ３的免疫抑制作用进行了对比。结果表明，两种ＭｃＡｂ均可抑制ＧＶＨＲ，并对ＷｕＴ３和ＷｕＴ４两种ＭｃＡｂ联合应用的效果进行了初步探讨。更多还原
