【摘要】 应用口腔粘膜组织匀浆及机械提取的口腔粘膜蛋白质，分别作为抗原免疫家兔，所有实验兔都发生了复发性口腔溃疡。其临床和病理均与人类复发性口腔溃疡相似。初步结果表明此动物模型可作为进一步研究人类复发性口腔溃疡病因的模型。并提示人类复发性口腔溃疡的发生可能与自身免疫有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment, homogenate of oral mucosa and protein isolated mechnically from o-ral mucosa are used as antigens to immunize rabbits respectively. All of the experimental rabbits devel-oped oral ulcer. The ulcer was very similar to recur-rent oral ulcer in human beings clinically and patho-logically. Our preliminary results showed that this animal model could be used as model of recurrent oral ulcer of human beings for further study on its pathogensis, and. also suggested that the occurence of recurrent oral ulcer of human beings may be re-lated with autoimmunity.更多还原
