用Turboway电话语音卡实现气象信息声讯服务
Applied Telephone phonetics card to Accomplish Services Metcoroiogyics Information’s Sound Communication
【摘要】 用Turboway系列电话语音卡在PC机上开发的电话语音自动答询系统,通过软件编程实现了“二次拨号”新功能,该功能的实现极大地增加了气象信息声讯服务的能力和内容。
【Abstract】 Applied Turboway severes telephone phonetics card designs telephone phonetics automatic repeated system , Through software of programming have accomplished function of redirection of calls , that far beyond enhanced capacity and documentation of meteorological information.
