【Abstract】 From the angle of computer software engineering, This thesis puts forward the structure of new theoretic test question library and test paper library. Regarding the make up pattern piece of test papers as link point, it expounds emphatically the design thought and concrete realizing skill of the management system, dealing with the make up of test papers, the organic combination of test question library and test paper library, through the commmom word segment in these two data bases.
