【Abstract】 By studying the movements of the centre of mass of the body in three -dimensional space during thelast two approach steps in long jump, the authors revealed the biomechanical characteristics of the last two steps.The results showed that, in the last two steps, the horizontal velocities of centre of mass are decreased by 3. 2%and 4. 6%, the vertical velocities are decreased by 4% and 10%.
