球墨铸铁件凝固过程数值模拟中型腔扩大的处理
A Treatment for Mold Cavity Enlargement in Numerical Simulation on Solidification Process of Ductile Iron Castings
【摘要】 根据日本学者新山英辅关于型腔扩大机理的观点,以及对球铁件凝固过程中各阶段发生的型腔扩大对收缩缺陷影响的分析,提出了一种定量处理型腔扩大的方法.生产和实验验证表明,数值模拟中用此方法处理型腔扩大,所预测的收缩缺陷与实际情况基本相符.
【Abstract】 In light of the opinion on the mechanism of the mould cavity enlargement proposed by professor Eisuke Niyama and the analysis of the effects of the enlargement occurring in different periods on the formation of shrinkage defects in ductile iron castings, a method to quantitatively deal with the enlargement in numerical simulation on solidification of the castings is presented. The results of the numerical simulation, in which the present method is used, basically coincide with those of real production and experiment.
