卧式螺旋管内油-气-水三相流流型的实验研究
Flow Patterns and Their Transition Characteristics of Oil Gas Water Three Phase Flow in Horizontal Helically Coiled Tubes
【摘要】 在2种不同尺寸的卧式螺旋管上进行了油-气-水三相流流型的实验研究,得到了流型图,对各种流型之间的转变机理进行了讨论和分析,同时给出了各流型之间转变的准则关系式
【Abstract】 In order to provide a theoretical basis for the design of a new kind of sand separator from oil gas water three phase flow mixtures, an experimental research on the oil gas water three phase flow patterns and their transition characteristics in horizontal helically coiled tubes was carried out in this paper. The test sections were made of plexiglass tubes with the diameter of 39 mm, two different dimensional helically coiled tubes were used, whose coil diameters are 265 mm and 522 5 mm respectively. Air, water and oil were used as the working fluids, the maximum gas superficial velocity was 19 02 m/s, the maximum water superficial velocity was 1 87 m/s and the maximum oil superficial velocity was 0 62 m/s. The ratios β of volume of oil to water were 10%, 15%, 20% and 30%, respectivcly. According to the observation and analysis, three different flow patterns were distinguished and defined at the location of the horizontal exit of the test sections, which were stratified flow, slug flow and annular flow. The flow pattern maps for different β were obtained and compared with those of horizontal gas liquid two phase flow in straight pipes, which showed great differences between each other. The transition mechanisms between two kinds of flow patterns were analyzed and discussed, and some dimensionless criteria for the transitions were proposed and compared with the experimental data, which showed good agreements.
