【摘要】 提出一种新的综合编码方法：①图象编码预处理．在没有改变复杂性的情况下，使结果有明显改进．②在编码过程中，为了提高离散余弦变换（ＤＣＴ）系数量化后的编码效率，提出４叉树与模板匹配混合去零的方法．③对图象子块引入Ｈｉｌｂｅｒｔ排序，使脉冲调制方法的使用更有效．将这些改进方法结合形成新的图象编码算法，取得了理想的压缩比更多还原

【Abstract】 A new encoding method is proposed, which is special on follows: ① including image preprocession; ② using quarttree and plat matching technology hybrid encoding; ③ assigning the order of subimage by Hilbert sort.
