【Abstract】 The effect of “KDTY I” inoculants on the malleable cast iron’s graphitization at the first stage has been studied.Results show that “KDTY I"inoculants have strong ability of making white cast iron.And in the process of graphitization annealing at high temperature,they can speed up the decomposition of the eutectic cementite and shorten annealing time. Thus,the graphitization heating temperature at first stage can be reduced to a great extent.The effect of “KDTY I” inoculants on the decomposition of eutectic cementite varies a lot with different heating temperature.更多还原
