ES-1848-26 抛丸清理设备壳体与挡板材质国产化的研究
A Study for the Material Replacement of the Case and Fender of the Imported Shot Peening Clearner (Model ES 1848 26)
【摘要】 选用国产16Mn与其它五种常用的耐磨材料一起与进口高锰钢板进行冲蚀磨损对比试验。结果表明:在低角冲蚀条件下(30°,45°,60°)16Mn的抗冲蚀性能基本与进口的高锰钢相同;在高角冲蚀条件下(75°,90°)50Mn2比进口高锰钢的抗冲蚀性能总体上要优异。本文通过对冲蚀面的SEM分析,讨论了不同角度下的冲蚀机理
【Abstract】 A comparision test was carried out to find out the erosion behavior of six domestic materials, being compred with the imported Hadfield Steel. The result shows that at low impacting angle, namely 30°,45°and 60°,the domestic 16Mn steel’s performance is basicly the same as the imported one’s, while at high impacting angle 75° and 90°, the domestic 50Mn2 alloy steel’s behavior is better than the one to be replaced. With the assist of SEM observation, the erosion mechanism at different impacting angles, are discussed. Key wrods: erosion, impacting angle, case, fender, material replacement
