【摘要】 用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法和ＡＡＳ法测定大活络丹和它的水提取液中Ｚｎ、Ｃｒ、Ｋ等１１种金属元素的含量。结果表明，元素在水提取液中的含量低于在大活络丹中的含量，水提取液中Ｃｒ、Ｚｎ、Ｋ、Ｍｇ等元素的含量分别为０．４１７、２．７９２、２９９７、６７８．３μｇ／ｇ。大活络丹的抗中风作用与其可以补充患者体内一定量的Ｃｒ、Ｚｎ、Ｋ、Ｍｇ等元素，纠正患者体内金属元素的代谢紊乱有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The conetnts of 11 kinds of metallic elements (Zn、Cr、K、et al)in Dahulouo Dan and its boiling water extracts were detemined with methods ICP-AES and AAS.The result showed that the content of each kind of element in the boiling water extracts of Dahuoluo Dan is lower than that of Dahuoluo Dan,and the contents of elements (Cr、Zn、K、Mg)were 0.147、2.792 、2997 and 678.3μg/g respectively.Remarkable effect which Dahuoluo Dan treats stroke maybe have something to do with that Daohuoluo Dan can supply certain amounty of metallic elements (Cr、Zn、K、Mg)and correct metabolic disorder of metallic elements in the body of patient.更多还原
