【Abstract】 In this paper the contents of free amino acid and some important trace element in different parts of Penaeus orientalis Kishmouge are tested.It is discovered that there are the highest contents of these two significant compostitons in the head and breast parts of the orgnism.The result of this study reveals that researchers in this field should pay attention to the study of clinical,pharmacological and comprehensive ultilization of the head and breast parts of Penaeus Orientalis Kishmouge.更多还原
