【摘要】 观察了１７例肿瘤患者口服葡萄糖酸锌后血浆ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ水平及ＤＮＣＢ皮肤反应的变化。结果显示，服药后血浆ｃＡＭＰ水平及ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ比值升高；ＤＮＣＢ皮肤反应较对照组增强。表明葡萄糖酸锌能调节肿瘤患者血浆环核苷酸水平，并能显著提高细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influences of zinc gluconate (ZG)on the levels of cAMP、cGMP in plasma in 7 cancer patients and DNCB skin delayed hypersensitvity mediated by Tcell in other 10 cancer patients were observed.The results showed that the levels of cAMP、cAMP/cGMP ratio in plasma were increased,DNCB skin reaction was obviously strengthened by ZG.These indicate that ZG can regulate the levels of cyclic nuleotide in plasma and enhance obviously cellular immune function更多还原
