骨肿瘤患者血清组织中微量元素含量研究
Research.of trace elements in the serum and tissues for the patients with osteosarcoma
【摘要】 瘤患者和３５例健康人对照组血清和组织中微量元素含量。结果提示，骨肉瘤组血清中Ｃｕ、Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ含量比对照组高，Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｓｅ含量比对照组低；在组织中Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ含量高于对照组，Ｃａ含量则低于对照组．上述均有统计学显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．００１）。
【Abstract】 Determination of the serum,tissue trace element which included Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca,Se and Cu/Zn in 31 osteosarcoma patients & 35 healthy controls by atomic absorption spectrophometry.(AAS).The result showed that Cu,Cu/Zn significantly increased and Zn Fe Se significantly decreased in tumour group of in serum;which Cu,Zn,Fe level in tissue were obviously higherthan healthy group; which Ca level of in tissue was significantly lower than the control group.They were significant difference between groups (P<0 05～0 001).
