【Abstract】 2 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were treated with tea pigment.The results:The levels of TXB2,GMP140,PAdT and PAgT were decreased and 6KetoPGF1α were increased(P<0.05 or 0.01). The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were decreased(P<0.05). These suggested that tea pigment could decreased platelet surface activity, inhibited platelet adhesiveness and aggregation, decreased blood viscosity, and improved microcirculation. It plays a positive role in preventing and treating coronary heart disease and hypertension.更多还原
