【Abstract】 ailfold microcirculation(NFM) in patients with psoriasis, pompholyx and eczema were examined. The results showed that the morphology,hemodynamics and perivascular condition of NFM in the patients were abnormal.The multiple scores in patients with psoriasis, pompholyx and eczema are as follows respectively:3.81±1.20,1.16±1.07,1.17±1.11. The scores are all increased than controls(P<0.05￣0.01).The results suggest that microcirculation were changed in three kinds of diseases and improving microcirculation might be used in the treatment.更多还原
