外用枸杞对小鼠皮肤及表皮郎格罕细胞影响的研究

【摘要】 目的:为了探讨枸杞对皮肤及表皮郎格罕细胞(Langerhans cell,LC)的影响。方法:将单味中药枸杞溶于硅霜中,外涂小鼠皮肤。结果:枸杞可促进小鼠表皮LC数量增多、表达la抗原功能增强;图像分析表明枸杞对真皮组织内胶原纤维、弹性纤维及DNA含量均有促进作用。结论:枸杞促进小鼠表皮LC数量增多,对皮肤免疫功能有增强作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of the fruits of Chinese wolfberry on skin and epidermal Langerhans cells (LC) in mice. Metheds: We investigated the changes of LC in the epidermis of Balb/c mice back skin after the external use of the fruits of Chinese wolfberry. Epidermal LC were identificated and counted with the use of enzyme histochemistry and immunohistochemistry staining, and so on. The density of DNA, collagen and elastin fiber of the dermis were measured by computerised image analysis system IBAS-2000 (Opton). Results: The resuls showed that the number of ATPase positive cellsand la+LC in murine epidermis were significantly higher in the wolfberry groups than that in the control group (p<0. 01). And the density of DNA, collagen and elastin fiber of the dermis in the wolfberry group increased. Conclusions: The results suggested that the fruits of Chinese wolfberry could not only increase the number of epidermal dendritic cells,but also enhance the skin immunity.
