激励机制在排球课教学中的应用研究
The Application of the Motivation Mechanism to the Volleyball Technique Teaching Practice
【摘要】 本研究将激励机制应用于普通高校体育课排球教学，激发了学生的学习动机和学习热情，教学质量明显提高。
【Abstract】 By using the motivation mechanism in the volleyball technique teaching practice in the physical education course to motivate the students’learning motive,the teaching result is significantly improved.
