【摘要】 研究了淫羊藿（ＥＭ）对正常小鼠及受环磷酰胺损伤免疫系统的小鼠的免疫调节作用。结果表明：淫羊藿组的Ｔ淋巴细胞的α－ＡＮＡＥ阳性率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而淫羊藿＋环磷酰胺（ＣＰ）组的以上指数均恢复至正常水平；胸、脾指数和迟发型超敏反应在ＥＭ＋ＣＰ组有一定程度升高，但不能恢复至正常水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The researchers studied the immunomodulating effect of Epimedium grandiflorum Morr (EM) on normal and immunosuppressed mice by cyclo phosphamide. The results showed that the α-ANAE staining rate of T Lymphocytes and index and ratio of the phagocytosis of the macrophages from abdominal cavity increased significantly in EM group (3300 mg/kg), when compared with the control group ( P <0.05). In EN+CP(3300mg/kg+25mg/kg) group, they have restored a normal level. The index of spleen and thymus, and the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH)of EM+CP group were enhanced, but it couldn’t be recovered to the normal level.更多还原
