发酵白酒糟生产饲料蛋白的培养条件及产物分析
THE CULTURAL CONDITIONS OF FERMENTATION DISTILLER’S GRAINS TO PRODUCE FEEDING-PROTEINS AND THE ANALYSIS OF THE FERMENTED PRODUCTS
【摘要】 利用白地霉(Geotrichum candidium) Z-4、热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis) Z-14和木素木霉(Trichoderma lignorum) Z-20三株菌混合发酵白酒糟生产饲料蛋白的培养基成分为白酒糟90%、麦芽根粉10%、尿素2%,原料:水=1:0.8,pH6.0,接种量10%,培养温度28~30℃,培养周期3d。分析结果表明,发酵产物营养丰富,粗蛋白含量高达32.1%,氨基酸含量齐全,脂肪含量为5.6%,维生素B1和B2的含量分别为2.2mg/kg和52.6mg/kg。具有较高的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶及淀粉酶活性。
【Abstract】 The cultural conditions of fermentation distiller’s grains to produce feeding-proteins using G. candidum Z-4, C. tropicalis Z-14 and T. lignorum Z-20 and the analysis of the fermented products were reported. The optimal of culture conditions were: distiller’s grains and barley malt-root flour as carbon source and urea as nitrogen source in medium, intial pH6.0, inoculation size 10%, culture temperature 28 - 30℃ for 72h. The analysis of the fermented products showed that content of crude proteins of the fermented products reached 32.1%, it contains 18 amino acids. The contents of vitamin B1 and B2 were 2.2mg / kg and 52.6mg / kg respectively. The content of crude fat was 5.6%. it contains higher activities of hemcellulase, cellulase and amylasc.
