【Abstract】 An indirect ELISA was developed for the detection of anti HEV.The polyvinyl microtiter plates were coated with HEV pepticies that comes from corporation YES in Canada.The secoad antibody is mouse anti human IgG.This ELISA kit was used to detect 1054 specimens.The results showed that the positive rate of anti HEV in donor is 1%,in ill men is 10.8%,in common people is 1.59%.更多还原
