【Abstract】 It has been thought that the remote field eddy current (RFEC) phenomenon can be observed only in conducting tubes. The formation and characteristics of RFEC phenomenon in metallic plates has been studied by finite element simulation. The paper came to the conclusion that the RFEC effect can occur in metallic plates. Thus RFEC inspection technique can be applied to metallic plates.更多还原
