【摘要】 论述了工业工程（IE）发展的过程及其新定义，阐明了工业工程与物流技术之间的关系，以及两者在研究对象、研究方法、评价指标上的相似之处。

【Abstract】 The development history and the latest definition of Industrical Engineering have been described, and the relation between IE and Logistics, both similarity on object of study, method and evaluation criteria also have been discussed.
