新型烘焊自动线的研究与开发

【摘要】 通过对散热器烘焊生产工艺的需求分析,建立了新型烘焊自动线的功能模型与总体结构。针对烘焊过程的非线性、时变性、参数间强耦合和较大的随机性干扰等特点,设计了主烘腔的温度模糊控制器。基于工业控制计算机和可编程序控制器的两级控制,具体开发了新型烘焊自动线。实际运行表明:系统工作可靠,生产效率、产品质量均获得较大提高,能耗显著降低

【Abstract】 After the analysis of production procedures in core-welding, the architecture and function models of automatic core-welding line have been established. According to the characteristics of core-welding process (non-linearity, time-variance, intensive coupling among parameters and bad random interference, etc.), the main heating room fuzzy temperature controller is established and put into practical use。Based on the principle and subordinate control of Industry Control Personal Computer and Programmable Controller, the development and fulfillment of automatic core-welding line are made. After a period of running, it’s proved that the system is reliable, efficient with improved production quality and lower energy consuming.
