氧化硅柱层状镧钛酸盐的制备和表征
PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A SILICA PILLARED LAYERED LANTHANUM TITANATE
【摘要】 本文报道通过先用正己胺盐酸盐水溶液与K2La2Ti3O10发生离子交换得到正己铵离子柱撑的层状镧钛酸盐,然后再与氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷的正八面体多聚体作用,最后将层间的有机物焙烧分解掉后可得新型氧化硅柱层状镧钛酸盐。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、差热热重分析(TG/DTA)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和比表面测定等方法对该新材料进行了表征。结果表明,所得氧化硅柱层状镧钛酸盐具有很高的热稳定性(>800℃)和较大的层间距(d001=1.73nm,500℃)及比表面(430m2g-1,550℃)。
【Abstract】 A silica pillared layered lanthanum titanate was prepared by first exchanging K 2La 2Ti 3O 10 with n C 6H 13 NH 3Cl, then reacting with octa (3 aminopropylsilasesquioxane), and finally calcinating the obtained product in air to remove the interlayered organics. XRD, IR, TG/DTA, TEM, and specific surface area measurement were used to characterize the resultant silica pillared layered lanthanum titanate. It was shown that the silica pillared layered lanthanum titanate has a high thermal stability above 800℃, an interlayer distance of 1.73 nm (500℃) and a specific surface area of 43.0 m 2g -1 .
