【摘要】 用免疫组织化学染色方法,对30例幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性胃炎和15例Hp阴性胃粘膜基本正常者胃粘膜中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)标记指数(LI％)和表皮生长因子受体(EGF-R)的表达进行了检测。结果表明,Hp阳性患者PCNA LI％为13.94±1.64,Hp阴性对照组为7.71±O.92.有显著差异(P<O.001)。EGF-R表达与PCNA呈正相关(r=0.4487,P<0.01)。PCNA LI％及EGF-R表达与胃粘膜炎症程度无相关性(P>0.05)。提示,Hp感染能引起胃粘膜上皮细胞过度增殖。这为阐明Hp感染在胃癌发病中作用的机理提供了线索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is the main cause of chronic gastritis,which leads to the atrophy and intestinal metaplasis of the underlying gastric mucosa. The hyperproliferation of cells is linked to malignant transformation. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between Hp infection and the proliferation of gastric epithelial cells. Methods: Thirty chronic gastritis patients with Hp infection and 15 normal controls proved by endoscopy, histopathology, urease test and bacterial culture were included in this study. Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) labelling index (LI) was used as marker of cell proliferation. PCNA LI and expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF-R) were detected by immucohistochemistry. Results: PCNA LI in 30 chronic gastritis patients with Hp infection was 13.94±1.64, significantly higher than 7.71±0.92 in 15 normal controls (P<0.001). The expression of EGF-R was positively correlated with PCNA LI (r = 0.4487, P<0.01). PCNA LI was not correlated with the degree of inflammation in the gastric mucosa (P>0.05). Conclusions: Hp infection is associated with overproliferation of gastric epithelial cells and increased expression of EGF-R, through which Hp infection may link to the development of gastric cancer.更多还原
