Mg_残、Re_残和 S_原对球铁组织和力学性能的影响
Influence of Residual Amounts of Mg、Re and S in Cast Iron on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ductile Iron
【摘要】 通过正交试验分析讨论了残余稀土、残余镁和原铁水含硫量对球墨铸铁组织和力学性能的影响,并得出在该试验条件下,能够获得在组织和性能最佳情况下的三者含量搭配关系。
【Abstract】 Analyzes and discusses the influence of residuals Mg、Re and S in cast iron on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ductile iron through crisscross experimentation on the basis of former experimental work, and suggests the optimal combination for the three factors mentioned above, from which the structures and properties needed in such an experimental condition can be obtained.
