玻璃熔窑火焰空间三维数字模型及其数值解法
Three Dimensional Mathematical Model of Combustion Gas Space in Glass Melting Funaces and its Namerical Solution
【摘要】 将火焰空间划分成若干等温区,并将窑墙和窑顶等划分成若干等温面,在灰色和等温的假设下,建立了玻璃熔窑火焰空间的三维数学模型。文中采用有限元法和高斯积分法计算三维直接交换面积,详细介绍了作者提出的一种快速计算算法,给出了若干数值模拟的结果,证实了此模型的实用性和有效性。
【Abstract】 Under grey and isothermal assumptions, dividing the gas space into several isothermal zones,and the crown and wall into some isothermal elements,a three dimensional mathematical model for combustion gas space in glass melting furnaces was constructed.The finite element method and gauss integration were used to calculate three dimensional direct interchange areas.A numerical solution has developed to accerate the calculating process.Simulations were made.The results show the effectiveness and applicability of the model.
