【摘要】 采用碳棒电极示波极谱阴极溶出法，测定了氨苄青霉素及其胶囊的含量。氨苄青霉素在０．３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸及１％甲醛的底液中，于－０．６５Ｖ（ｖｓ，ＳＣＥ）处有一灵敏的阴极溶出二阶导数峰。氨苄青霉素的浓度在２．０μｇ／ｍＬ～４０．０μｇ／ｍＬ范围内与峰电流（Ｉｐ″）呈良好的线性关系，回收率为９２％～１０６％，方法简单可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 A sensitive method of oscillopolarography cathodic stripping voltammetry for the determination of Ampicillin and its capsules with carbon stick electrode was established.In a medium of 0.3 mol/L HCL and 1% HCHO,Ampicillin shows a sensitive 2nd order derivative reduction wave with a peak potential of-0.65V (vs,SCE).There was a good linear relationship between peak height of I″ P and the concentration of Ampicillin in a range of 2 μg/ml￣40 μg/ml,And the recovery is 92%￣106%.The method is simple and reliable.更多还原
