水化铝酸钙(C3AH6)脱水相及其水化研究

【摘要】 用分析纯原料合成了水化铝酸钙纯样品,用DTA-TG、XRD研究了脱水过程及脱水相组成和特性;用XRD定量分析了脱水相水化产物和水化速度;考察了脱水相的凝结时间与硬化体强度,本文为建立400℃左右低温脱水的水化物脱水相(DehydratedHydratesPhases简称DHP)胶凝材料新体系提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 CA was made by means of SHS, AFm was formed using source of CA. Varieties of composition and structure of AFm at the dehydration process were studied by using DTA TG. The product of anhydrous AFm dehydrated at the temperature of 300 ̄480 ℃ was discovered. The study of hydration products, hydration process and hardened pastes results that anhydrous has cementitious property, longer setting time, higher late strength and obvious expansion in the presence of gypsum.
