低温型水化硅酸钙脱水相及其特性
Dehydrated Calcium Silicate Hydrates Calcined at low Temperature and its Properties
【摘要】 用化学纯原料在水热条件下合成了C/S比为1.0和1.3的二个水化硅酸钙样品,研究了水化硅酸钙在200~800℃温区脱水过程中发生的组成和结构的变化和其脱水相再水化。结果表明,在400~800℃范围内脱水的水化硅酸钙脱水相均具有胶凝性能:在较低温度下(400℃)脱水的脱水相比表面极大,再水化时需水量很大,因而使其水化硬化体中具有丰富的孔网体系。本文为建立400℃左右低温脱水的水化物脱水相(DehydratedHydratesPhases简称DHP)胶凝材料新体系提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Two samples of CSH,with 1.0 and 1.3 C/S ratio respectively,were produced at hydrothermal condition using CR. material. Varieties of composition and structure of CSH dehydrated at the temperature of 400~800 ℃ and the hydration of dehydrated phases of CSH were studled.studied Results show that Dehydrated calcium silicate hydrates dehydrated at the temperature of 400-800 ℃ have cementitious property, The CSH dehydrated at the low temperature (400 ℃) with high specific surface has big water requirement and its hardened paste has a abundant porosity network system. The paper provides foundation for establishing a new kind of cementitious material study system based on dehydrated hydrates phases at low temperature (about 400℃).
