【摘要】 胃镜取２２１例良性胃病的粘膜组织进行ＨＥ染色，Ｇｅｉｍｓａ染色查Ｈｐ，ＣＥＡ单克隆抗体免疫组化检查。结果：Ｈｐ感染率７７３８％（１７１／２２１），ＣＥＡ阳性率３８９１％（８６／２２１），肠化生（ＩＭ）和／或不典型增生（ＡＨ）发生率２６７％（５９／２２１），在Ｈｐ阳性与阴性病变中，ＩＭ和／或ＡＨ发生率分别为３０４１％（５２／１７１）及１４％（７／５０）（Ｐ＜００５）；ＣＥＡ的阳性率分别为４３２８％（７４／１７１）及２４％（１２／５０）（Ｐ＜００１）。提示Ｈｐ感染与胃的癌前病变的发生及ＣＥＡ的表达相关更多还原

【Abstract】 ? The　gastric　biopsy　specimens　of　221　patients　with　benign　gastric　disorders　were　used　for:HE　staining,Geimsa　staining　to　detect　Helicobacter　pylori(Hp),staining　with　monoclonal　carcinoembryonic　antigen(CEA)　by　the　immunohistochemical　ABC　method.The　results　reveal　that　the　prevalence　of　Hp　infection　was　77.38%(171/221);the　positive　rate　of　CEA　was　38.91%(86/221);the　incidence　of　intestinal　metaplasia(IM)　and/or　atropical　hyperplasia(AH)　was　26.7%(59/221);the　incidences　of　IM　and/or　AH　in　the　lesions　with　and　without　Hp　infection　were　30.41%(52/171)　and　14%(7/50)respectively(P<0.05).The　CEA　positive　rates　in　the　lesions　with　and　without　Hp　infection　were　43.28%(74/171)　and　24%(12/50)　respectively　(P<0.01).Our　results　suggest　that　Hp　infection　is　related　to　the　high　expression　of　CEA　and　the　occurrence　of　gastric　precancerous　lesions.更多还原
