【摘要】 目的：研究儿童胃幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）感染的特点，以及与上胃肠病的关系。方法：对１５３例因胃肠症状接受胃镜检查的有连续症状的患儿进行前瞻性、活检组织学、血清学、尿素酶法检查、并与２６５例成年患者及１８１例无症状健康儿童对照。结果：患儿ＨＰ感染率２９％，低于成年患者７１％（Ｐ＜００５），与健康儿童（３４％）无差异（Ｐ＞００５）。儿童消化性溃疡ＨＰ感染６８％，高于非溃疡组２２％（Ｐ＜００５），但显著低于成人组９８％（Ｐ＜００５）。ＨＰ相关胃炎儿童内镜无特征、组织学炎症细胞浸润活动明显。结论：儿童ＨＰ感染是溃疡致病因素，但非唯一因素，ＨＰ感染和症状无关，ＨＰ相关胃炎有一定组织学特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 ims:　To　investigate　the　characteristics　of　Helicobacter　pylori　(Hp)　infection　in　children　and　its　relationship　to　upper　gastrointestinal　diseases.　Methods:　To　study　prospectively　153　consecutive　symptomatic　children　undergoing　gastroscopy　by　histology,　serology,　urease　testing　for　Hp　infection.　The　data　of　265　symptomatic　adults　and　181　healthy　children　were　used　as　control.　Results:　The　rate　of　Hp　infection　in　study　group　(29%)　was　lower　significantly　than　that　(71%)　of　adults　(P<0.05),　but　no　different　from　that　(34%)　of　healthy　children　(P>0.05).　The　rate　of　Hp　infection　in　peptic　ulcer　disease　(68%)　was　significantly　higher　than　that　(22%)　of　nonulcer　dyspepsia　(P<0.05),　but　lower　than　that　(98%)　of　adults　(P<0.05).　No　endoscopic　characteristics　were　found　in　Hp　associated　gastritis.　Histologically　inflammative　cell　infiltration　and　activity　was　obvious.　Conclusions:　Hp　infection　is　an　important,　but　not　only,　factor　in　the　pathogensis　of　peptic　ulcer　in　children.　There　is　no　relation　between　Hp　infcetion　and　symptoms.　Hp　associated　gastritis　has　same　histological　characteristics.更多还原
