【摘要】 本文绘出一种结构新颖的、以无辐射介质波导（NRD波导）作为传输线的毫米波收发组件组件。接收组件主要包括NRD波导正交场平衡混频器、NRD波导LSE模本地振荡器等；发射组件则采用压控振荡器及双管功率合成器两种形式。文中同时给出了实际设计的Ka波段收发组件的测试结果。该组件具有体积小、安装调试简单、性能良好、成本低廉等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new type millimeter-wave receiving/transmitting front-end using nonradiativedielectric waveguide (NRD-guide) as internal transmission line is pressented in this paper. Thereceiving front-end consists of a NRD-guide crossbar balanced mixer, a NRD-guide LSE modelocal oscillator and impedance-converters. The transmitter is substantiated as two kinds, thevoltage controlled oscillator(VCO) and dual-diode power-combiner. The block, which possessescompact size, fine machinery and nice electric performances, is suitable for Ka-band system.更多还原
